Preschool Workers Needed

Hello. My name is Dianne Schaefer (from Orlando RPC). I am the Director for the Pre-school program at
RPI 2024. My role is to oversee the program for ages 0-5. My responsibilities include staffing, providing
materials and equipment, ensuring a smooth drop-off and pick-up process, assist with finding
curriculum, and ensuring safety for the children (including background checks/clearances), and most
importantly praying for the children and staff God brings.


I’m sending asking if you’d prayerfully consider helping with the Pre-School program and
serving the RPI conference this way. There are many precious little ones!


The Preschool and Nursery program will be divided into three age groups, with about 55 children in each
group. We will meet on five consecutive mornings (Wed-Lord’s Day) from 8:30 to 11:45. Those helping
with the program will be expected to arrive early and stay until the children are back with their parents.


The 2-3 year old group and the 4-5 year old group will rotate between Bible, Craft, Recreation, and
Music. Snacks will be provided during the morning. The nursery will be divided for spaces for quiet or
sleeping babies and active awake ones.


We will need help from Team Leaders (full time, with some preparation ahead of conference), Assistants
(full time but limited work ahead of conference), and Coordinators (Part time during conference and
limited preparation required.) Team leaders will have 3/4 of an adult registration fee covered.
Assistants will be paid half of an adult registration, and coordinators will receive one quarter of an adult
registration as compensation.
