Indiana Wesleyan University observes a conservative dress code. Skirts and shorts must be fingertip length. Tops must have two-inch-wide straps. Males must wear shirts unless at the swimming pool. Females must wear one-piece swimsuits (or modest two-piece covering midriff) or wear T-shirts that provide appropriate coverage while at the swimming pool. Strict conformance to this dress code is required for all conferees.
Each campus building has Wi-Fi available. Guests can access the internet via IWU-Guest. There is no password. Wi-Fi is available in all common areas and the dorms. However, you may wish to bring an Ethernet cable in the dorm rooms for the most reliable service.
IWU liability waivers will be emailed to each household along with your room assignments. Each adult will receive an individual waiver, and one adult will need to sign another waiver applicable to all minors in the family. Please bring the signed waiver with you when you check into your dorm. The waivers will be collected before you receive your room keys.
Motorized scooters and wheelchairs may be rented but require a reservation. Please reserve your equipment needs as soon as possible by contacting Jack Dillard at email@example.com or call him at 620-278-6012.
The IWU dining staff is experienced with dietary restrictions and is eager to meet your needs. However, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free of ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. In some cases IWU may not be able to accommodate specific dietary requests. If you have a restricted diet, please email your needs no later than June 1 to Kyle Reed at firstname.lastname@example.org or call him at 785-438-0778.
