Pay Conference Fees

There are multiple options for paying your registration costs.

No additional fees are charged if you pay by check, mailed to the registrars, as discussed in this Q&A item.

You can make a payment online, using either your bank account information (an ACH, Automated Clearing House, transaction) or using major credit or debit cards. The Conference pays fees both of the online payment methods, and we pass those fees along in the form of a convenience fee for online payment. This is 1% for ACH payments, or 3.5% for using a credit or debit card. These convenience fees will be automatically added to your bill and shown on any future financial statements (available on request from the registrars).

All online payments are securely handled by Stripe, a major payment processing service. The conference staff will not have access to any of your financial information beyond the payment itself.

When checking out, please enter your conference “Registration ID” on the address form, and enter the same email address that you used during registration. This helps align your payment with your account.

Please note the following:

  • If you’re using a debit card be aware that there may be a limit, set by your bank, on your daily charges, similar to when you use an automatic teller machine.
  • The convenience fee is typically non-refundable. See the conference cancellation and refund policy in Registration Q&A #3.
  • If you wish to avoid the convenience fee you may mail a check to the registrars as discussed above.
