Location

RPI is meeting at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana (1900 West 50th Street, Marion, IN 46953). Marion is located just off I-69 and the IWU campus is on the south side of Marion near the intersection of SR9 and SR37.

Dress Code

Indiana Wesleyan University observes a conservative dress code. Skirts and shorts must cover undergarments and be modest in length. Tops should not reveal the torso in any fashion (includes midriff, cleavage, sides, and mid/lower back). Males must wear shirts unless at the swimming pool. Females must wear one-piece swimsuits (or two-piece providing equal coverage) or wear T-shirts that provide appropriate coverage while at the swimming pool. Strict conformance to this dress code is required for all conferees.

Airport Transportation

The Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, IN (airport code IND) is 1 hour 44 minutes away. Fort Wayne International Airport, Fort Wayne, IN (airport code FWA) is 58 minutes away. Transportation between the Indianapolis International Airport and IWU will be available for an additional cost of $25 per person each direction (roundtrip $50). Departure times from the airport on Tuesday, June 25, are 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. The return to the airport on Monday, July 1, will depart from campus at 9 a.m. Please contact the registrars (registrars@rpiconference.org) to reserve and pay for space on the bus.

Wi-Fi

Each campus building has Wi-Fi available. Guests can access the internet via IWU-Guest. There is no password. Wi-Fi is available in all common areas and the dorms. However, you may wish to bring an Ethernet cable in the dorm rooms for the most reliable service.

Disabilities

Motorized scooters and wheelchairs may be rented but require a reservation. Please reserve your equipment needs as soon as possible by contacting Jack Dillard at operations@rpiconference.org or call him at 620-278-6012.

Food Allergies

The IWU dining staff is experienced with dietary restrictions and is eager to meet your needs. However, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free of ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. In some cases IWU may not be able to accommodate specific dietary requests. If you have a restricted diet, please email your needs no later than June 1 to Kyle Reed at operations@rpiconference.org or call him at 785-438-0778.
